Returns Made Easy

We’re here to help if you need to make a return. We want you to be happy with your order, and if something’s not quite right, let’s make it better.

Important Note: Customized items with printed or embroidered logos cannot be returned.

How to Make a Return

  1. Let Us Know: If you want to return something, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just shoot us an email at sales@plusworkwear.co.uk.

  2. Check the Condition: Ensure the items are in a saleable condition.

  3. Pack It Well: Pack your items securely and consider getting postage insurance when sending them back.

  4. Costs: Please note that the cost of returning or exchanging items is on you unless the item is faulty. If it’s faulty, send us an email to know the “Faulty Goods Procedure.”

Refunds

Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges won’t be refunded unless the item is faulty. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is done. It might show up as “PlusWorkwear Ltd” on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Follow the same ‘Returns Process’ and let us know what you’d like to exchange. If your exchange requires shipping, there might be an extra charge. We’ll get in touch with you when your exchange product is ready to ship.

Right to Cancel

Customized goods can’t be canceled once the order is placed. “Customized goods” are products personalized to your specifications, like those with a company logo, whether embroidered or printed. If you’re unsure if your item is customized, please contact us before requesting a cancellation.

For normal cancellations on non-customized products, follow the ‘Returns Process.’

Changing an Order

Non-Customized: If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Check the ‘Returns Procedure’ for changes after receiving your goods.

Customized: Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once the order process has begun. However, we might be able to accommodate changes with an additional charge, like covering setup costs or return expenses for specialized goods.
